Hi I have a problem with my remote control the buttom on off the plastic is broken

I don’t trust the cell phone holder.
Bungee cord to hold bag are too short.
Needs attachment strap or something to secure cart and to pick it up into vehicle.
I would like to see a mesh basket that closes to put miscellaneous items under handle bars.
Besides that, I love it!
The cart has many great features and for the most part it is helpful and makes walking the course easier and enjoyable. Main difficulty has been the direction of the cart is inconsistent. At first the cart tended to go to the left. I followed the instructions and tried to correct the mis alignment. It took several tries to realign the front wheel and finally I got it to go straight.After a few games the alignment was once again going to the left and needed to be realigned again. It’s not a major fault but definitely it’s annoying.
Overall I’m happy with the Caddy Driver electric cart. My only complaint is the phone holder. The swivel part fell off the arm as soon as I started the cart. I glued the swivel to the arm so now it doesn’t swivel but now it’s secure. I then had to velcro strap the phone to the holder as it would fall out as it bounced around and fell out twice.
The lack of assembly & user instructions made it more difficult to assemble.
Overall, I am very happy with my caddy driver. 2 comments: the buggy often stops for no apparent reason, not certain if I should be concerned. It start again as soon as I use remote to increase speed. I find the operation noise louder than my previous electric caddy such that I have to be vigilant about stopping it when others are hitting.

The 2026 QR1X shows some great promise in my first 4 rounds using it. But in the rounds since then, it has developed some concerning issues that have me wondering whether it is going to have issues and stop working.
The drive motors have gotten concerningly loud and the left one makes a terrible clicking sound whenever I turn the cart to the left.
Also the range of the remote is not very good. It does not get a response from the cart if you are more than 25-30 yards from the cart, only a fraction of the distance that a Motocaddie has.
Quick and easy to set up and put away. Light enough to easily lift into my SUV.
A lot’s of adjustments as to be done, the hole for the back wheel was not aligned I have to make new hole , the seat doesn’t fit, again the hole wasn’t not aligned.
I’ am losing the bushing one by one plus after une game I lost the speed button.
Excellent product easy to put together well packed for delivery. Very easy to control a must for walkers. One recommendation to make the umbrella holder a bit larger to accommodate any handle of umbrellas. Very satisfied with my caddy driver 100 pour cent recommended.
This remote cart is lightweight and works quite well. Turning the cart whether stationary or moving is clumsy. I’d recommend putting a swivel front wheel and that would make a world of difference with the turning control.
