Our lithium battery unit with accessories is currently on sale for $899.99 + tax (limited time) & $59.99 + tax for shipping (if required). The lithium battery is 4lbs & has a lifespan up to 700 rounds/charges & a new replacement lithium is $285.00 + tax & shipping.

CAN I PICK UP A UNIT TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?

Yes, we have a Western & an Eastern distribution warehouse (both have units on display & units in stock);

WILL CADDYDRIVER STOP FROM GOING DOWN A HILL?

Yes, the remote control can control the speed on a hill or stop the cart on a hill. You can reduce the speed or just press stop.

CAN I THROTTLE THE UNIT TO HELP ME UP A HILL OR THROUGH A TIGHT PATHWAY?

Yes, there is a dial throttle on the handle that will control the speed manually (rather than using the remote control).

WHAT IF I HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE?

Caddydrivers come with a 1 year warranty on defective parts. Any defective part will be replaced as part of our 1 year customer satisfaction warranty. We have all parts stocked at our distribution facility.

CAN I SAVE ON THE SHIPPING COST IF I PURCHASE MORE THAN 1 UNIT?

Yes, each additional unit will ship for $29.99 + tax (i.e. 1 unit ships for $59.99 + tax, 2 units ship for $89.98 + tax total).

WHAT IF I LOSE MY REMOTE CONTROL?

We can replace it. The cost is $29.99 + tax and shipping (if required). You will need to re-sync your new remote to your unit.

HOW DO I ADJUST MY FRONT WHEEL IF MY CART IS TRACKING LEFT OR RIGHT?

Adjust the small dials on the front wheel as follows:

Left side dial:

turn up and the axle moves back / turn down and the axle moves forward

Right side dial:

turn up and the axle moves forward / turn down and the axle moves back

* in some cases you may need to loosen the bolts on each side with hex keys. Then move the tire back as far as it can go and retighten the bolts.
