After a mistake in communication email on my part, they quickly help me in rectifying the problem. Quick and easy set up, I’m looking forward to use it this summer. :)
I absolutely love this power cart! The ease of assembly and setting up for when I play. My only 1 complaint is the phone caddy that accompanied the purchase with all other attachments. The arm that connects the phone caddy to the actual frame is very wobbly so you can bend into position however if you rub the Caddydriver with over a gravel path or uneven terrain my iPhone 16 jumps out of the cradle and has landed on rocks and cracked my protective iPhone shield. I’ve asked for a replacement phone caddy as I do use my phone as the course gps as well as for scoring. There doesn’t appear to be a resolution to this other than their suggestion of attaching a Velcro strap which allows the phone to slip more out of the cradle. iPhone 16 also appears to be too tall for the cradle but is the standard iPhone size. that - it’s a great remote golf cart and I’ve had many people at the course ask me about it.
Ended up buying 2 one for my husband and myself. We've been out a few times and they work great. It takes a bit to get used to the turning controls (sometimes it's like it has a mind of its own) just way too quick and the next thing you know it's going the wrong direction. Always have your finger close to the STOP button. Otherwise it's been great. We golf on a hilly course 'The Dunes at Kamloops, BC' and haven't had any issues with it climbing hills on the front 9, the back is fairly flat so no issues. Battery lasts without any problem and we recharge after 18 holes which doesn't take too long. We do carry extra batteries for the remote just to be safe. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to walk a course without having to push, pull or carry your clubs.
J'ai charger ma batterie et j'ai fait l'essais au sous-sol et tout était en parfait état. Je dois mettre en fonction ma manette pour faire fonction a distance. Doit être mis en fonction comme mentionner dans le manuelle du propriétaire. A suivre! Pour le moment je suis absolument satisfait!
I wish cell phone mount was more sturdy as it bounces around over rough terrain, and wish front wheel was pivoting type instead of fixed. Haven’t had a chance to play full round yet but cart seems strong and easy to use. Build quality good, easy to open and close, have added straps to keep everything secure when folded.
L’assemblage est comme les vidéos, tout était dans la boîte sauf les outils. J’ai fait l’essai dans mon gagare tout semble fonctionner. J’aurais à m’adapter sur le parcours cette été.
Assembly was very simple with the help of your videos online. Easy to operate around the obstacles in the house. Can't wait to take it on the course.
This is a very good cart for the price. It's the best value on the market. The remote is a bit cheap and sometimes loses connection when you're only 50' away or less. It works as well as the MGI cart my wife has but for a lot less expense.
A pivoting front wheel would make steering a bit better as it can be hard to turn on asphalt.

Easy to put together, love it comes with all the features of umbrella holder, drink holder, seat, phone/GPS holder and insulated bag. The battery is small and easy to attach. Also, very easy to fold down and up to put into my car. Haven’t used it yet on the course as too cold where I live.
Turning is not smooth and makes noisy. Remote control distance is short. Other than those issues the price is right.
I have only been able to play with it in the basement but so far I am very pleased with my purchase. I will be able to give a more in depth review in a couple of months after I have been on the course .
Too early to tell. Live in Ontario and we have had one tough winter — very cold and way too much snow. No golf here for at least another month.
The unit went together quite easily, looks great and hopefully will work well.
Received order within 4 days , easy to assemble. Works great in garage and driveway , haven’t used on course yet , we are in the middle of winter on the east coast of CAN.
I live in Canada so have not had an opportunity to use it on a golf course yet but set up was easy. Initial ‘cart drive’ down my hallway went well 🤣
